Academic Principals
The school is organized under two academic principals’ offices that guide our educational management at different levels of education: the Peruvian Principal and the Italian Didactic Coordination. They work hand in hand with a highly committed academic leadership team towards the institution’s goals, focusing on continuous collaboration as a central tool to ensure the highest teaching and learning standards are achieved, thus promoting the comprehensive development of all our students.
Leaders in Academic Areas
Each academic area has a specialized leader who works on the implementation of the curricular proposal and pedagogical development. Our Academic Advisors collaborate closely with the Academic Vice-principal to ensure that subjects are approached in a comprehensive and up-to-date manner, preparing our teachers and students for future challenges.
Teaching Staff of Excellence
Our teaching staff is comprised of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in renowned national and international institutions. We have a significant percentage of native Italian teachers, which reinforces our bicultural identity and ensures authentic teaching of the Italian language and culture. Additionally, the English program at our school is delivered by highly experienced professionals, with a significant percentage of teacher who are native speakers of English.
Sports Team
The Sports area is led by a team of highly trained teachers in various sports disciplines. Our teachers promote the holistic development of students through programs designed to foster both physical skills and the values, like teamwork, discipline, and resilience. Each coach has experience in sports training and pedagogy, ensuring high-quality teaching and a balanced approach between competitive and recreational sports.
Psychology, Homeroom Teaching, and Sostegno
The school also has a Department of Psychology dedicated to supporting students’ emotional well-being, facilitating their comprehensive development and addressing any emotional or psychological needs that may arise. They work closely with the homeroom teaching team to design and implement the school’s tutoring program. Additionally, the Sostegno (Personalized Academic Support) team ensures that all students, regardless of their abilities or needs, receive an education tailored to their requirements, aiming to reduce barriers that interfere with learning through effective support processes. The Sostegno area is comprised of specialists with extensive experience in areas such as diversity, learning difficulties, and neurodiversity.
