Complaint: Disagreement related to products or services.

4. Security Validation
The formulation of a claim does not prevent access to other channels of dispute resolution, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
The supplier must respond to the claim within a period of no more than thirty (30) calendar days and may extend the term for up to thirty (30) more days, after notifying the consumer.
