At ANTONIO RAIMONDI SCHOOL (hereinafter referred to as the “School”), we are committed to protecting your privacy and managing your personal data appropriately. We recognize the trust you place in us by providing your personal information. Therefore, through this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), we inform you clearly and transparently about how we collect, use, store, and protect your information as a result of your interactions with us, whether through our website: www.raimondi.edu.pe, the Chatbox function, email, instant messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, or other), phone calls, cookies, or other channels owned by the School.

In this regard, we kindly ask you to read this Policy carefully before you agree, so that you are informed in a timely and accurate manner.

1. OWNER AND RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROCESSING AND DATABASES WHERE YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE STORED

Antonio Raimondi School, with RUC No. 20145978590 and located at Av. La Fontana 755, La Molina District, Province and Department of Lima, Peru, whose main activities are focused on providing educational services at the levels of early childhood, primary, secondary, and Italian high school, is responsible for processing your personal data and the owner of the databases where your information will be stored in accordance with Law No. 29733, Law on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”) and other applicable regulations.

2. LEGAL FRAMEWORK

This Policy is in accordance with national legislation on the protection of personal data, particularly with the following legal provisions:

– Political Constitution of Peru.
– Law No. 29733 – Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
– Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS – Regulation of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
– Directives and Director’s Resolutions issued by the General Directorate of Personal Data Protection of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
– All regulatory provisions that amend, modify, or complement the aforementioned norms.

3. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following personal data when you interact with our website, with some of the School’s owned channels, or when you engage in activities related to our services:

– Full name, email address, phone number, and other contact information.
– Information necessary for registrations, which will be expressly indicated in the forms or electronic, digital, and/or physical formats that we use to manage your informed consent.
– Browsing data collected through cookies or similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy for more information), provided that such information constitutes personal data in accordance with current legislation.

It should be noted that the aforementioned personal data is essential to fulfill the main purposes detailed in this Policy, which is why it is necessary for you to provide your personal information.

4. CONSEQUENCES OF NOT PROVIDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The personal data we require from you is pertinent to fulfill each of the necessary purposes; therefore, if you decide not to provide your information and, consequently, deny us your authorization to process your data, it will not be possible for the School to provide the services that interest you.

5. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

The personal data we collect will be used for the following necessary purposes:

– To identify and contact you regarding the educational services provided by the School and all information related to our academic proposal.
– To send relevant information about our activities, events, and educational programs.
– To formalize the contracting of the educational services we offer.
– To fulfill our contractual and legal obligations.
– To create personal data banks to register you and, in turn, offer services that may interest you.
– To facilitate the administration of our information systems, both in Peru and abroad, including cloud platforms.

6. DATA TRANSFER

The School may transfer your personal data to third parties under the following circumstances:

– To our technology service providers for data storage and processing system administration, both in Peru and abroad.
– To the Italian Embassy in Peru when necessary to fulfill our educational commitments.
– To authorized third parties, in compliance with legal provisions and always with your consent.
– To our messaging, collection, consulting service providers, and others related to our activities.

We ensure that data transfers at the national and international levels are conducted with the necessary level of protection required by the Law, guaranteeing the security of your data.

For your knowledge, we inform you that the complete list of individuals or companies with whom we share your personal data is detailed in the document titled “Entities Receiving Personal Data” – which is contained in Annex I of this Policy. It should be noted that, if necessary, the aforementioned list will be promptly updated by the School using this same means.

Notwithstanding this, we inform you that according to the provisions set forth in the Law, there are exceptions to the above and are related to requests for information that must be addressed by legal mandate, whether national or international, especially regarding the prevention of corruption crimes, money laundering, financing of terrorism, anti-corruption regulations, among others, and/or when required by police, judicial, or administrative authorities in safeguarding the public interest and/or in compliance with their constitutional and legal competencies and/or the rights and interests of the School.

7. NAME OF THE DATABASES

We inform you that your personal data will be stored in the personal data bank called “Students” in automated and non-automated systems, which is registered with the National Registry of Personal Data Protection with the code RNPDP-PJP N° 15528.

8. CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of the Law, by accepting the Terms and Conditions of our website: www.raimondi.edu.pe and/or by using our digital platform and/or by completing your personal data using our formats or forms, users voluntarily grant us their prior, informed, express, and unequivocal consent to collect, store, process, and potentially transfer (nationally or internationally) their personal data as provided in this Policy, even when these are provided using the Chatbox function, email, instant messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, or other), phone calls, cookies, or other contact channels owned by the School.

The data subject to processing are those detailed in this Policy and will be used in all or some of the processes or procedures indicated above; therefore, users grant us their authorization to process their data, declaring that they have read, fully understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions of our website, as well as this Policy.

Regarding the granting of authorization for the processing of personal data, a valid manifestation of will is considered to be clicking to enter the link, website, or digital platform of the School and/or completing and/or sending via email or any other means the formats or forms implemented to collect your information.

9. DATA STORAGE

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 10 months on a server located at Av. Jose Gálvez Barrenechea Nro. 645, Urb. Corpac, San Borja district – Lima, which will allow us to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and comply with the corresponding legal obligations, unless a longer period is required for reasons covered by the Law.

10. DATA SECURITY

We implement the necessary administrative, technical, physical, and legal security measures to guarantee the appropriate processing of your personal data, the confidentiality of your information, to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure, and we have implemented measures to prevent your information from being lost or destroyed. We use secure storage systems, both on local servers and in the cloud, with providers such as WIN EMPRESAS S.A.C., RUC No. 20552504641, located at Av. Jose Gálvez Barrenechea Nro. 645, Urb. Corpac, San Borja district – Lima, which guarantees a high level of security.

11. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA HOLDERS – ARCO

In accordance with the Law, the holders of personal data have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of their personal data and even revoke their consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, a written request must be sent to the legal address of the School or an email to the following account: datospersonales@raimondi.edu.pe, indicating your full name, your relationship with the School, specifying the right you wish to exercise, and observing the formalities established in the Law.

If you believe your request has not been properly addressed, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, for which you must address the submissions office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights located at Calle Scipion Llona 350, Miraflores District, Province and Department of Lima, completing and presenting the form that the entity has implemented for that purpose.

12. AUTHENTICITY OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED

Users declare that all personal data provided is true, updated, and accurate; therefore, the School will not assume any responsibility for information that does not meet these characteristics, especially if its use leads to error, in which case the users themselves will assume direct and personal responsibility for any damages, claims, administrative and/or judicial procedures that may arise from the information provided by them, as well as for the damages and losses incurred.
