Scientific Proposal

We develop scientific knowledge in areas such as natural science, biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer science and technology, preparing students to face the challenges of the modern world with hard work and creativity.

Comprehensive Scientific Preparation

Natural Sciences

Learning Natural Sciences is an essential requirement in the twenty-first century, as it allows us to train citizens capable of understanding the complex dynamics of nature and the care and contributions that we can make with the management of technology.

Therefore, the Science Department at Antonio Raimondi Italian School proposes modern, fun and experiential learning. To this end, we have a highly prepared teaching staff that is constantly trained, as well as a new laboratory building with the latest equipment and technology to develop the scientific attitude from the first grades to high school.

Mathematics

Mathematics and its applications are fundamental in today’s world of science, technology, communications, economics and many other fields. It has deep roots in many cultures and the most eminent thinkers, for thousands of years, have contributed significantly to its development.

The teaching of math plays a key role in our educational institution at all levels, both for the understanding of basic mathematical concepts and for the development of rational thinking.

Computer Science

Today, computer science is an essential area of human knowledge because a large part of the problems of today’s world have a strong computer and technological component.

The Computer Science program at Raimondi School seeks to develop the student’s skills with the use of current technological tools, applied correctly in daily activities. The Computer Science course is based on the development of computational thinking and the application of the standards of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), to strengthen the skills that will help children become citizens of the 21st century.
