Our admissions process is designed to accompany families through every step, ensuring that our prospective students and their families find in our community the ideal place for their holistic development, from the Kindergarten to the Italian Baccalaureate.

1. Internal evaluation:

• Review of documentation.
• Validation of the documentation submitted.

2. Getting to know the family:

• Family interview with the principal
• Morning of games (for Kindergarten and 1st grade)
• Evaluation of the applicant (transfers and readmissions)

3. Closure of the process:

• Delivery of acceptance letter.
• Payment of the entrance fee.

• Application for admission.
• Birth certificate of the child.
• Photocopy of the child’s ID (in color).
• Photocopy of the ID of the father and mother.
• Legible copy of electricity, water and/or telephone bill.
• A passport-size photo of the child (in color and present day).
• Copy of the pay slip of the father and mother (if both work).
• Employment certificate of the company indicating the time of services provided (addressed to: Sres. Colegio Italiano Antonio Raimondi).
• Photocopy of the Italian passport of the parent or passport of the child if possible.

• Birth certificate of the child.
• Photocopy of the child’s ID (in color).
• Photocopy of the ID of the father and mother.

• Copy of the pay slip of the father and mother (if both work).
• Employment certificate of the company indicating the time of services provided (addressed to: Sres. Colegio Italiano Antonio Raimondi).

• Complete original (approved and completed) certificates of studies, accredited by the Ministry of Education and Foreign Affairs of the country of origin (endorsed by the competent provincial authority, stamped, apostilled.)
• Translate documents.
• Go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the translated documents, to be legalized and signed.
• Take the documents to the Ministry of Education (Place: Calle El Comercio 193 – San Borja /615-5800 /Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) so that they can issue a Resolution of Validation of Studies or Supreme Decree.
• Once the process is finished, they must be immediately delivered to the school secretary so that we can continue with the respective procedure before the UGEL (School District.)
